Home(s) of the Week - Cherry Vista - own in Petaluma for UNDER $300,000!

Yes, you read correctly, homes for under $300,000.  At the moment, just around $279,000 to be exact.

These 2 bedroom units are Petaluma’s first conodminum conversion.  For years they probably held the unofficial “apartment with the best view” award soaking in panoramas of the Sonoma Mountains and Petaluma.
Take a look for yourself:

But hey, did you hear the price…$279,000!!  MLS is showing these listings at $329,000 but I’ve got word of their new price.
They also feature remodeled kitchens and bathrooms.  The entire building’s recently had a renovation, actually, so if you’re familiar with the old apartments you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the changes.

Here are a few shots:

As far as I’m concerned, the old redwood-style shingles and retro kitchens looked fine before the remodel, the upgrades make it look great for the price.  A good friend of mine rented a unit out with her girlfriends in their early 20s … unit #8, the “penthouse”.

For the monthly cost of a basin street apartment, one of these could be your penthouse!  :)

Drop me a line if you’d like to take a look.

Great post Armand, but I think I should at least get an Assistant Photo Editor credit :) These really are great units - especially for first timers out there.
