Robert’s first Real Estate transaction is probably a bit different than the majority of Agents in Petaluma. It didn’t involve multiple offers, 100% financing, or a “Short” sale, but rather a 3 bedroom home in West Petaluma that sold for a modest $37,000. The year was 1976, at just 22 years old Robert was the youngest Realtor in Petaluma and the only agent under the age of 30. Since then, Robert has managed his own brokerage, partnered with both his Wife and Son, and has witnessed the growth of Petaluma and Sonoma County into the desirable and affluent community that it is today. With over 37 years of experience in the field, Robert prides himself on customer service - counseling his clients with pricing their home for the quickest, highest sale and negotiating with offers. Elaine Ramirez DRE# 01010982 Elaine began her Real Estate career in the Savings and Loans industry, working as a senior underwriter for World Savings Bank before becoming an agent in 1986 to open Petaluma’s Boardwalk Realty with her husband Robert. As an Accredited Staging Professional, Elaine is a fantastic resource for her clients in determining exactly how to prepare a home for sale. While it isn’t an exact science, Elaine has certainly developed an eye over the past 20 years for what does and does not help sell a home.
